I’ll check this out tomorrow once I go back to work. Thanks guys. When u said check fuses is there fuses on the abs ecm? Cuz I checked all other fuses for abs in the fuse panel box but found nothing. That’s blown.

Well I have it all apart now. The dash that is. All the wires look tight and pulled all of them. Nothing chaffed. From where those wires come from idk, don’t even know what to check besides like u said power and grounds

Check the cord at truck and trailer connections

Might be as simple as cleaning and carefully opening the male side of the plug a bit
They can break so just a flat screwdriver and spread them some

Which ABS system do you have? There should be a label on the ECU.

2020 is on the years of change over for datalinks on the 9 pin. If a 19 truck you may need a y adapter to talk. If 2020 VECU truck it will be old school c&d hook up. It may just be that your diagnostic tool is not looking for the ECU on the right datalink.

Bendix has access to EC 80 service and wiring info online. But it’s generic to the module and not vehicle specific.

It may be the tool yes… but when the truck doesn’t do the chuff testing clicking all abs sensors then that must mean a wire somewhere in the way huh?

Yes normally when the chuff test does not cycle the ECU is not powered up or has an internal issue.

I’m trying to get a wiring diagram for the ECU I have power to 2 spots going to the ECU ON THE X1 side. Which the bendix diagram says that is the ground and ABS WL But have no power on any other connections going to the ECU including x2 an x3 That obviously isn’t normal so there some break somewhere? I have ground going to it. Also the ABS WL ground whatever that means

Post your last 6 up. I don’t have access to KW harness w/o a harness number.

@spsauerland can most likely hook you up.
