You'll need a new valve. They arent rebuildable. The front one on my international was just over 600 bucks.

Actually ignore what I said. Check your brake chambers. It seems that one might be leaking internally and that's pushing air back through the abs valve

    gentleroger Thanks this.

Mine was a bad valve. It was @ $100.00 from Freightliner. It’s called a relay valve if its the same one.

Nope- Its not the same one-
The one he's talking about is a MONSTER.....About 6 inches by 6 inches by 5 inches thick...Plus it has the Modulator on top.....About 7-8 lines go to it.

Relay valves are on the Frame generally,or hiding under crossmembers....

The Valve he's talking about is the biggest one the truck, next to the TPV.

The two little ones unbolt from the big one. The big one is about $100.00 at Freightliner. I replaced mine about a month ago. Take the fifth wheel off it makes it much easier. Couple hours at most.

If it's leaking from the purge valve then you probably have a bad brake chamber
