So if there’s no accidents on my Abstract is like I didn’t have any?

That’s correct to a point. If a state doesn’t know about an accident they cannot very well include it in an MVR report or abstract.

Some jurisdictions within a state may be slow about inputting accidents or violation convictions, so what is not on the report today may suddenly appear tomorrow, next week or next year. If no police were involved, the state knows nothing and reports nothing on an MVR/abstract.

A carriers insurance company may run a CLUE report which would show any claims you had or were filed against you and your insurance company. Usually not a big deal unless there are either numerous claims or unusually large claims. The insurance company cannot, without your permission tell the company you work for about them. They can either choose to cover you or not. One little blip on CLUE will normally not raise an eyebrow and they will just tell your employer you are fine.
