Update: after $800 in parts, I removed the ECM fuse and even though it looked good, I replaced it with new. AC now works. Go figure
This is N14 engine and here is where that fuse is located, in that little plastic box

Does that fuse go to ground? If it does, I’d run another from the frame to the motor.Rideandrepair and DUNE-T Thank this.

When AC stops working after changing 2 lines and recharging and supposedly no leaks, what steps should be done and in what order from your experience?
Rideandrepair Thanks this. -
first thing you have to verify that there is no leaks need to pull freon and check what level is than from there you can check if you got a mechanical or electrical problem need to verify that freon level is still good before anythingRideandrepair and Bold Group Thank this.

It was too early to get happy. Its not working again and it's weird how it acts. I went to a different shop, they pulled freon, did vacuum test and it passed. Then truck would not want to take the freon back. However, compressor turns on and off without a problem. Why the hell it was not engaging then when there was freon in the system?

Sounds like the system maybe full of air and won't take it back.....

check also on top of the evaporator under the other plastic on top of the dash there is a relay that goes for ac make sure all contacts are good for that one as well you have to remove the top sometimes to get access to it need to remove speaker on right side of dash to get access to 10 mil bolt holding down dash.
DUNE-T Thanks this.
