And the sleep ac heat controls don't illuminate anymore only become illuminated when the blower works.

When driving the radio would turn off by itself for few seconds and then turn itself back on as if it lost power or as if there was a loose connection. The fridge on indicator on the dashboard would illuminate for few seconds and then dissappear while driving. It's only sopost to turn on while the truck is turned off. Same thing with The espar heater control. Truck is idling and for few seconds it's controls light up as if the truck was turned off where you can turn the espar heater on.

Now the espar heater is operational while truck is idling. It sopost to be operational only when the truck is turned off. This is crazy.. How did it become this way.

Find out if that breaker is heating up? If so change it out and that should take care of your blower issue. If its not the breaker being weak. You have a short and may well be with the other issue.
As for the rest. give it 12 pack and let it sleep for a week. -
As nice as circuit breakers are in the KW's they don't work very well. They have a resistor inside of them that gets hot and springs the little metal contact backwards which disconnects the circuit way before 30 amps have been reached. My AC blower might pull 6 amps on high but will trip that 30 amp circuit breaker in a few minutes.
Since there is no resistor in a fuse a fuse does not get hot at 6 amps and will work in its place.
We went through countless AC blower complaints from drivers over the years with our 07 KW T 800 dump truck for the AC blower quitting. Our mechanic wasn't sharp enough to fix it. I drive that truck now for a living and ran the problem down and fixed it. -
2015 T680. Same thing Under bed bunk hvac relay going crazy sometimes, sometimes it flows for a while sometimes it blows for few minutes, most of the times it doesn't. Sometimes even when the engine is off relay keeps going nuts. And few times with engine off the relay would engage the bunk fan and it would blow with the engine off. Sometimes the radio works sometimes it does not. Same thing. Similar to what the bunk relay is doing. Same with on dash refrigerator turned on indicator. Sometimes it lights up while driving. When it only sopost to when you turn off the truck to indicate that your fridge is on. Does the same thing to the EsarD4 bunk heater. Sometimes I'm able to turn on the bunk heater while the truck is running. Sometimes when it's running while engine is off it would tu n off as if someone turned the ignition. Kenworths do have poor electrical systems I can admit that. Low antifreeze light came on ( full tank of antifreeze). Unplugged it temporarily, got a new antifreeze level sensor replaced it plugged it in. Everything works fine. But when drained the rasivour to test if it's working, it didn't recognize low antifreeze level. Maybe one of the TA or Speedco mechanics did it on poirpose. After getting a p.m done at speedco I had a check engine light on and noticed that one of the fuel sensor wires were broken off. Fuel sensors on the bottom glass globe filter assembly. Maybe those $15 per hour mechanics trying to get themselves more customers on owner operators expense?

RubyEagle Thanks this.

On mine I got the compressor replaced a month ago. Now it just started it blows cold and the blower bows good but it cuts of for 2-3 seconds and then comes back on like nothing happened. It just started doing that yesterday and does it maybe every hour or so.
