Did you get it fixed yet? Also should update who the shop is for others to know if they are giving you a problem for a simple item.
Its a sad story . Thursday mechanic announced that i need SAM CAB MODULE and he is not sure even if its available, no answer from the shop for the whole second part of thursday ... by the end of the day mechanic said he replaced the module and friday morning it will be reprogrammed and driver can grab the truck and go ... Whole friday truck not fixed and mechanic said he even called KUSTOM TRUCK in oregon who provided harness and even they cant give him straight answer what the problem is ... I was lucky to book a load for driver for Saturday , when the driver showed up - truck still had several dash panels out ... had to call the shop to get his tools out of truck and put back dash pieces ... Apologized to the driver , felt bad he has to go through this again in this heat and give him option to choose if he wants to bring truck straight to local shop or go home first to SC to drop his wife home ( he is heading home through memphis and i talked to 2 local shops who might be able to help ( 1 dealing only with cascadias and other same shop who service all my equipment and offered to wire it bypassing all computers ) ... Still thinking what should i do ... ... shop never released the truck without paying $21xx ... gonna deal with my bank on that disputing ... In the morning today mechanic said everything is working because maybe computer reset over night ... but 30 min later same thing again
read the manual i have posted above. imo some precondition is not met to activate the clutch.... ambient temperature or truck's air pressure or ...
