I believe Red dot was the brand chosen by the military to retrofit all their trucks that served in the middle east. Drove many of those trucks. It was miserable in Iraq with no AC. Bullet proof glass mean you can't roll down the windows, while wearing a ballistic vest. My buddy had a picture of a Mercedes actors dash reading 132 degrees
