Ok guys I’m at a loss here. My ac went out in my truck after having the clutch and starter replaced last week. I did some trouble shooting and my self and the techs agreed a blend door actuator was more then likely the issue. Replaced it and the ac worked. Put the truck on the road for a test drive to see if the ac stopped cooling while under load and it’s did. Got back to the yard and realized the clutch had stopped. We put power to the clutch and nothing so we replaced the compressor and clutch last night. We have power and ground from the connector to the plug of the new compressor but then get double power to the compressor so the clutch won’t engage. We replaced the high pressure switch as well with a downed truck that was sitting in the shop with the ac that was working and that wasn’t the issue either. What could possibly cause the double power going to the ac compressor?
