That chart looks like every chart I’ve ever seen. 35-55 on low side and 325 max on high side. I understand equalized pressure reading, just never have bothered on vehicles. Only have seen HVAC Techs bother with it on a house system.
The licensed HVAC Techs I know went through Apprenticeship programs. Starting with Electrician training then halfway through split off into HVAC. It took them 4 yrs.
Humidity will raise pressure, also. Best to check on hottest and most humid days, in a perfect world.
