Legally; no. By your standards; maybe.

Find something else to break and then while it's in the shop tell them by the way, the AC isn't working either. Seriously, who can sleep on an 80 degree night without AC? You have to have your rest.

    Rideandrepair Thanks this.

It's not an OOS but if it causes you to not get your rest, driving fatigued is an OOS. You tell you company to get it fixed because you refuse to drive fatigued.

So did I. In fact I rebuilt the entire ac system in my 379, even converted to a +96 style ac condenser, radiator and CAC cooler and still didn't charge it for probably 4 years.

This guy explain it good. A/C is not required but driving because you so tired or unsafe then you have protection and that against the law.

Ahh haa. This video explains it best. You start complaining at the shipper or receiver and then drive 20 miles to the nearest hotel, might as well pack yo #### n get out. If your going to boo hoo about air conditioning, make sure you got your #### together.

    650cat425 and Rideandrepair Thank this.
