Ac stuck on defrost

    2015 Freightliner Cascadia. Everything was working fine and I turned it on defrost for the Heat to get the condensation off the windshield. When I turn it back the blower still blowing out of the defrost but it got cool when I turn the knob to cool. I'm lost please help me advice please

    There should be a defrost/floor/vents door that is operated by a actuator motor. It could be the door getting stuck, bad actuator motor attached to the door, bad wiring or bad switch. Shouldn't be that hard to diagnose and fix.
