How should I access a fuel line return fliw splitter? Should I drop the front u-joint at the yoke with the driveshaft attached or drop the passenger fuel tank?

On my 379 the splitter is on top of transmission, you can pull the shift boot a change it from the top.

Old Man (Road Train Member),
Thank you so very much for your reply. I've changed that rubber boot twice already and completely forgot about the access hatch. The screws were loose on one side on the top of the splitter. Thanks again. Peterbiltoo88. -
You don’t have to use an original splitter you can use a brass tee works just as good way cheaper and never leaks!
Peterbiltoo88 Thanks this. -
Thank you Deere hunter (Heavy Load Member) for the great tip about the brass tee. Much appreciated! Peterbiltoo88.

I replaced mine few years back. Then it started way later leaking again. I just got underneath it and tighten up the screws and it stop. It’s been 2 years and not leaked yet. The brass splitter fitting is what I’m doing next if it leaks again.
Deere hunter Thanks this.
