this is what the shipper pays Hunt unless some other agreement is reached with a particular customer. You would likely get a flat rate which would be less than the tarp charge.

The reason for that is the company buys the tarps, bungees, etc... perhaps if you want to purchase your own tarps, straps, bungees and such, and replace as necessary they would cut a deal where you could get the whole amount.
