If there were no injuries and no one was towed it would be classified as a non reportable DOT accident.

No injuries no body was towed away. Thanks for the info. Yes, I have to wait 5-7 days then I will buy it make copies and do whTs necessary. I did a verbal accident report with all the information that was given to me from the officer. I also did a written. I put the camera in a sealed zip lock, with the report and I'm going to make a copy if the drivers info sheet given to me from the statue and mail it to my company.

Here is a helpful youtube that might provide some insight into this type of incident:

According to the above excerpt you may have to "sue everybody."

A lot of office jockies act like they know this business of driving but really don't. We work for them in helping them keep their jobs and helping them get rich by doing what were told when to do it and how to do it. Plus what were going to get paid and when. And when something comes up there is no understanding of it and instead we're on the chopping block and nervous about it.

I would keep on the look out for a job that might set you at ease with your self. Not that you did anything wrong just another company that doesn't understand. Heck I would almost bet there are some other things that company doesn't understand too.

I wouldn't lose a second worth of sleep over that. Looks like normal wear and tear or running this business.

Vehicals have passed by so many on the shoulder and right hand lane i now expect and watch for it.. its normal in my eyes, legal or not. For the mention, I have had a few no fault of my own incidents in the past couple of years. I take pics with my phone and email them to the claims dept then fax paper work and wait on word. No fault, no worries... Right ?
