Yes ... I was waiting for someone to say "he should have moved forward more, in order to block the guy from making that idiotic left"
See into the future ... now does dash cam truck get smacked with a preventable?
All of this is so stupid. It is the guy who turned left in front of the oncoming truck's fault. Nobody else. Not sure why we read so deeply into these things these days -
The first thing I thought of when I watched this?
Why wasn't anyone running to these trucks to check on the drivers? -
It's not like a dog got hit. They're just truck drivers

I think he was right where he should have been in that turning lane. -
ummmnnn, iss it not the responsibilty of the state to provide safety????????? Part of the department of transportation responsibilities.

There's nothing inherently unsafe at this intersection. You can't fix stupid no matter how much you sue.David_Simpson, Lepton1 and gokiddogo Thank this.

so you dont think a traffic light would fix stupidity???? Because the 4 installed out on the very west of my home valley seems to have stoppped the kids from getting killed. I cant remember how many lawsuits were filed against the state.

If traffic lights fixed stupidity there wouldn't be any red light cameras.David_Simpson Thanks this.

Okay, I have taken a second look at the video and I see what happened. There was a Swift driver pulling a Walmart trailer behind the man. He saw the Swifty and made the correct assessment of the situation and pulled out before he got ran over. Clearly, he should sue Walmart.
