Thanks everyone I do know that their insurance companies paid our company to fix my truck. So it was (I assume) definitely their fault. My company has a strict policy of no accidents that result in a payout (fault or not) in the first 6 months of employment Period. No ifs ands or butts (excluding the deductible). So apparently it didn't cost them anything and didn't raise their rates. If I have another accident in the next 18 months, fault or not, pay out or not I'm gone. @Moose1958, just curious, if I'm a non-CDL driver, driving a CMV, would that still be in the database? Also, if you look at the report (link in the original post) I had my valid NV license but was in the process of getting my CA license. I literally got my CA license the following week (had to wait for a DMV appointment). Will that follow as well. Going to get that accident report and see what's what and post it here.

@Moose1958 currently I drive 10,0001 to 26,000 non-CDL trucks if that helps. I know Google is just as good, but real world adds depth if not more.

Thanks, but I do talk to the phone recruiters every other week at Swift and CRST. They both know of the accident and said that if I wasn't at fault and didn't get at ticket, I'm good. I just found out about Jim Palmer the other week and thank God for that. $3,500 for training and a job as opposed to $7,500....And their training, while similar, seems more hands on. 3 to 5 weeks with a trainer before you test for the license (10Kmiles est). Then another 30K with a trainer befor they cut you loose in your own truck. In my book that's at least 4 months of solid training. I mean, what kind of trainer is going to let you stink up, #### up, and grind the gears in their truck if you weren't capable of driving? It's all about making money, but safely... Right? It's just when I do the app for JP that I posed my question for. (full disclosure I didn't add the accident to my last 2 updates on the CRST or Swift App and they didn't seem to care.
