    EXACTLY!
You can appeal it. Get the forms from any safety person at any terminal and after you submit it it will be reviewed by a group of safety drones.

It probably won't be changed because you were driving and you hit something. Nothing else is relevant in your particular situation. Sucks but like Lepton said it might not hurt your Platinum ranking eligibility; I believe it takes a year to get to Platinum anyway.

I trained 10 new drivers during my stint as a mentor at Swift. Six of them achieved Platinum status within three months of going solo, which is the minimum time required to get there.

Again, one preventable doesn't disqualify you from getting to Platinum. Just make sure you are productive and on time.

It's a ranking system ... bronze, silver, gold, platinum, diamond ... where you rank dictates the amount of your bonus and other perks.

Platinum amounts to a 5cpm bonus paid quarterly. For a brand new driver it would be 36cpm plus 5cpm quarterly bonus.

The next rank is diamond which is 8cpm bonus paid quarterly which requires 3 years at platinum. I don't know the base cpm at 3 years experience.

That Kroger in Atlanta has one way in and one way out. Your trainer probably had you go the correct way. It makes a full circle back to the guard shack. Leaving has twice as much room as getting in.

Atleast you didn't back into anything there. They have some tight socks there if there are trucks on both sides.
