Like was said learn from it,back when I started driving about 9 years ago I had 2 accidents.

No excuse but that's what woke me up,and made me a better driver, keep that license clean, and in no time you'll start writing your own ticket.

    You did WHAT?!?

OMG if you were my driver, I would have fired you for that, no excuse.

OK I Had to say that because I was called mean on one of these sites, but honestly, this crap happens. So relax and make it a goal to learn how to make rights without any incidents.

I have a two million mile driver who did this last week, wasted two alcoa wheels and tires when he had a tight turn with a heavy load. He thought he had cleared a high curb but just too tight. Can't blame him other than to mess with him on a review.

It won't be the last wheel and tire being trashed.

Oh well ... part of life.

Don't worry; you probably won't be fired anyway. If you are fired, you will be back on the road within 48 hours with another company. Keep us posted.

Hire an attorney. 100% the curbs fault.

Sue everyone. The people that built the curb, especially the designer for making it so narrow.

Sue the company for inadequate training, and psychological and emotional damage.

Sue the tire manufacturer and rim people because they didn't manufacture a tire that could take that kind of abuse.

Like I say, at my union job, it was a big deal. You had to go in front of the "safety board", ( for a stinkin' tire and rim) which was made up of the company union steward, a retired police officer, and the boss and "plead " your case. If they thought you were at fault, ( pretty hard to argue it was the curbs fault)and their reasoning was, if you ran over a curb, a pedestrian could be next, 3 infractions ( and there were all kinds, like too many fast stops) you wouldn't get the safety bonus, which was a couple hundred bucks, if you made it all year.
