Not disagreeing, but odds are pretty good that Jane looks like Joe in drag.
As @Chinatown eluded to, Jane allowed Joe to operate the truck on her driving time. So if an incident happens while she is logged On Duty Driving, whose at fault? The lost time, the out of route miles, the getting stuck in the grass and the wrecker call. Yes, Jane is equally to blame.

Ken and Barbie would never act like this
Toomanybikes Thanks this. -
Jane could claim Sexual Harassment and possibly end up getting a raise and a new truck to remain silent.

Well, it looks like joe might have volunteered to "help" out jane so he could get some fringe benefits. Joe has been fired so he wont be paying for anything.

Hey, new people, interested people, rookies and wannabe drivers, listen up:
In the opening post, there was a huge Red Flag. There is a type of person in the industry called a 'supertrucker.' Years ago, we had a discussion on this forum on how to identify a Supertrucker. Did anyone see it?
If, while in orientation, you meet someone whose been there, done it all and knows everything, do not trust him.
If, you go into a truckstop, and some fool at the lunch counter does any of the above or tries to elevate himself over everyone else in the room, point at him and ask him, "Are you a Supertrucker? I heard that you guys can do everything BUT drive!" Yes, you will piss him off, but use the hot air to get the wrinkles out of your clothes. -
Haha, thanks a lot for the advice @TripleSix , in my research this far into the industry I had not heard of a "Super Trucker".
