Company drivers too. I know in Canada the employer fills out a form to give to your tax man.

The $7k cap? That gives only 104 days away from home. Based on $67 per day. ???
I saw an article. Said the per diem pay cannot exceed the fed max per day. Which is now at $69 per day. No other cap mentioned when talking company pay of per diem. ???

The percentage goes down as the days go up.

After either the number of days or dollar amount it starts going 80% of $69. Then 70%, etc.

You could go work for a company like Estes that has you running regional in a daycab, staying in hotels all week. Rack up those points pretty fast.

The Loves in Van, TX owns the Marriott Fairfield inn next door. I wonder if you could use loves points to get a room....not sure how many of these setups exist. There is a sign in the Fairfield that says Loves hospitality.
