Check VECU wiring from VECU to Gas pedal. May be wires are short.
Any sensor of VECU if short blocks gas pedal.
Pull fuse panel and find VECU under it.
The next step - get wiring diagram, AVOM, separate VECU connectors and find sensor that is short. Check outdoor temoarature sensor (on some trucks in bumper, on some - in fender, on some trucks in rear view morror).
If you need wiring diagram I can post you VECU diagramm tommorow -
What is the conection between acceleration and ambient temperature sensor ? I'm asking coz I have no reading on ambient temperature. I replaced the sensor and still not working.

they share 5V power supply.
Unit location is on this diagram. A17-VECU.
If any sensor wiring is short to ground ore sensor is short inside all the 5V supplied sensors wont working.
First I do, I remove VECU, connect it on desk with 12 V and check for 5V. If it is not damaged internally I separate connector and check all sensor 5V supply for resistance to ground to find what sensor is short to ground. If I find it, I disconnect this sensor if and check againe for wiring damage. if wiring is good I replace sensor. Really to check all is about 1-2 hours.The_Judge Thanks this. -
