I think what the O/P means "stay as far away from this company as possible" is treat them like the Amish and shun them. Don't look them in the eye. Draw your hoodie closed like Kenny from South Park. If you meet one of them walking down the street look at them suspiciously, then quickly cross to the other side. Don't start a conversation with them or their womenfolk and dont conduct any business with them.
