Adding a manifold PSI gauge?

    Not to easy to put exhaust temp probe vs older pre-emissions engine. The MX already monitors the exhaust temp before the back pressure valve and you would find this reading to be much different than pre after treatment engine. Have seen the probe hose clamped to the exhaust manifold. Short answer if emissions in tact, you don't really need a pyro gauge.

    Well the exhaust hasn't been altered, but the emissions system has been lol I don't really need a pyro, I just got used to having one

    Rawze has 3 videos on installing both. Just type in pyro and boost gauge rawze in youtube and they will come up.

    I have very little experience with Pete electronics but the other Paccar product Kenworth you just buy the gauge and the small daisy-chain harness and plug the gauge in and your set. I would expect similar engineering from Peterbuilt.

    I for one would add manual gauges. Not connected to ecm, or electronic. If your concerned with accuracy.
