Any Knights out there? If so, what are you being paid for additional stops / driver assist on unload?

I just finished a run with 5 stops. Each of the stops required driver assist on unload (Florida / 90+ degree heat). My dispatcher approved the 4 additional stops at $15 per stop. That's what I expected. As for the unloads he's saying 'computer says don't pay driver unload'. I'm not buying it..

if somebody tried pulling that on me after doing one of those oh-so wonderful 10+ stop ruan loads, heads will roll. luckily i got paid for all of the stops and unloads on one of those that had 16 stops. unfortunately for me, i think that'll be the biggest paycheck i'll ever see at this company.

I have a simple way to insure that I get paid for unloading. I don't touch freight. You don't see the captain of a plane unloading the bags do you?? Do you see the captain of a ship unloading the cargo?? NO, So why should I touch the freight in the back of my truck?

I'm not sure how you guys do it, but our qualcom would tell us if it was a assist or unload and if it didn't, I would send my dm a message to make sure I was getting paid. Otherwise....I wouldn't touch it either....:biggrin_25510:
