Yes it's good for Illinois, but it also sets precedent for other states as well. I guess worse case is you get it setup and they say no so you change it so something else.

If you don’t live in FL you should or a state that has less income tax to pay. Then you’d be so happy to use your address.
-
It's about privacy for me. Not taxes.
luckystar Thanks this. -
Florida is awful with their PIP requirements for insurance. Yes you might get no state income tax, but they do that because everyone gets relocated every other year from the good old hurricanes. it's just easier to charge a high sales tax rate then hunt you down for the income tax!
Plus I already live in a state that doesn't have an income tax or get relocated by mother nature

Low insurance cost, no pip bs, no income tax... SD way to go.

Did you have any luck using virtual office?
-
Yes i did, all of my stuff now has the new office address on it.
-
Even IRP plates? I've got rejected on IRP for using virtual office. And had to change address on everything.DSK333 Thanks this.

This is why mentioned previously I think it depends on how thorough the state is that you're using as a base. What state rejected your virtual office?Dan47 Thanks this.
