Maybe that is a Texas thing. I have not asked the BMV in Indiana if I could put my PO Box on my driver's license, but I am guessing what the answer probably is. I am actually between living situations and had to go get a PO Box just to have somewhere to forward my mail to, but I would be pretty surprised if they allowed me to get a new license made with it. Possibly if you already have a driver's license issued by that state they'd let you get away with it.
