Adjusting to the "Night" Shift?

Yeah that sounds like a plan to get a mix of night and day driving in. But around here a lot of people start out at 5am too but obviously not as much as like 630 and later. Seems like as soon as that sun peaks it's head out people are jumping on the roads.

I was thinking starting at around 3 am and done by 5 but then you probably would have a tough time sleeping with all the trucks piling in the truck stop. I bet the bulk of the drivers come in after 5 up until early evening.
