advice and pointers

Before I got laid up I did try when I first started straps went wild and my trainer was ducking for cover lol. Don't want to get into schematics but I always have written left handed but throwing and other stuff like that has always been right. When I was a kid my mom pitched a fit when she learned the school was trying to make me use my right hand for schoolwork.
