Wow. .40 to the driver. Before or after payroll taxes?
Either way you can do much better with much less stress just being a company driver. -
What's wrong with traveloco paying 85 percent?
Have a trailer?
If not,you can get a used dry van for about $5k-10k
Traveloco trailer fees are $250 a week..do the math.ken052376 Thanks this. -
I'd love to be able to run my favorite areas consistently. -
Most good loads pay $2-$3 per mile.
You can play the short game I've seen loads paying $12 per mile..but the trip is 30 miles and delivers Wednesday. -
I'll look into them, never heard of that company before. http://www.traveloko.com? -

CRST Malone is cheap heavy Freight with very little options. I made the mistake of leasing on to them being told oh yeah over $2 a mile. The reality was an area where I live most Freight average a dollar fifty a mile. Out of four months with them I saw two loads in excess of $2 a mile and both were only 400 miles or less.
Warren is not bad if you don't mind making a dollar fifty per mile average on all miles. -
Baffled that after 20yrs, you have no idea where to look for better horizons.
No bad on you, just a huge discouragement to one that follows you by quite a bit.
Have seen some very good suggestions here, that I at least know a little about, but, ####......
Hope the best for you & hope to see even more leads put out your way.
Here's to you finding a better path & way for yourself.

Hard to do worse than the $1 mile rate at nfi. Met a few guys that were pretty happy at admiral. Sorry I couldn’t be of more help, wish you the best of luck.
ken052376 Thanks this.
