I've looked around for companies and school to work with me PAM, PREMIER, KNIGHT AND Millis transfer will work with me I've researched them all and they all have no so good reputation I guess ima take a gamble with either jus to get my foot in the door to get experience anybody out here worked for these companies? Any recommendation?BTW Swift won't hired due to gap in my work history

Remember that you have a reputation also, so it goes both ways when it comes to the gamble, so keep your attitude in check.

PREMIER is a private cdl school, right?
Knight and Millis are fine. Ignore any bad press you read about them. There's complainers in every company.Truckntattoo, bryan21384, Numb and 1 other person Thank this. -
Yes premier is private school from me looking round nobody has nothing good to say bout nobody lol anybody willing to help me grow I'm thankful jus wanted some insight
Chinatown Thanks this. -
During school, company orientation, etc. you're being heavily watched and all part of the interview process.
As stated...attitude in check always. Swifty is part of Knight and they have a gap problem? Weird...Grislywhip Thanks this. -
Thanks man I have a got attitude I'm jus wanna get my footbin the door get some experience all while seeing the country and make some decent money
bryan21384 Thanks this. -
This is true. People tend to spread their bad opinions of employers a lot more than the good. The guys that are happy just keep their mouth shut and work.Truckntattoo, bryan21384, Diesel Dave and 1 other person Thank this.

All of those will work. Nobody hardly puts reviews unless they're complaining. It's all about your attitude in this industry. You get what you put out. Once you get your license, keep your head down and run the miles, conduct business how they want you to, you'll be fine at any company.Grislywhip and OldeSkool Thank this.
