You mean like how the company for which I work pretends there's nothing wrong with a tire that's almost bald? That kind of business conducting?

Ok.....since yours still working there, if you're company wants you to run with a bald tire, you should do it no questions asked. If the DOT stops you, just throw your company under the bus.
