Means "exit" , which is what I did after I deleted a post. Brexit actually means Great Britian exiting the European Union.

Money is just a figure on a bank website or paper on you. Other people are much more important in my opinion. Society puts money on a pedestal. What we should be considering much more important is our society. Our government isnt doing anything about us. We have to do what they won't. We are just another number (Social S card)
I may not have all the money in the world, Honestly could care less for it. It's just another ploy to get us under control by the government. Honestly, 4 centuries ago we were trading goods with gold silver and bronze. Now we have pieces of paper that are only "worth" anything because of the petrodollar. Once that's gone the dollar isn't going to be worth anything. Other countries will realize we have no gold, our money is just printed paper. I should be able to take a piece of paper, write 100$ on it, and deposit it. Come on guys. There should be a thread about this by its self. I could add so much more to this.. Don't wanna bore you all.
Interesting comment, Never heard that one before. Definitely will remember than for the next time anyone brings up historical facts.
Chinatown Thanks this. -
You'll probably need a car to get to/from the truck. If you'll get shipped out for several weeks to train at a mega company bring at least $700 with you.Last edited: Sep 10, 2016

Don't buy it.
Sorry I am a fleet owner and I've gone through this before, my insurance agent said their would not be a problem with inexperience/young people driving for me, it would cost me a little more - how much more depends on what the circumstances are with the company and what the fleet record is. I get the insurance limitations but this isn't a showstopper for people. -
His Specific insurance doesn't allow me to drive.
I don't have 700$ to bring.. the most i'll be able to bring is 200$ at most.
Parents won't help here! -
With what all he has disclosed why would he be deceitful about that?

Well, either way even if my dad does has some sort of power to let me drive his vehicle... he currently only has 1 that he's using. it's a small family company. his other trucks are out of commission (needs tires and some fix ups here n there)TROOPER to TRUCKER Thanks this.

If money is that tight, take some instant foods to help before your first paycheck. Microwave use is free in truckstops and hotel/motel.
Use a flexible duffle bag; not a hard suitcase because a suitcase is difficult to store in the truck. Carry lots of Ramen Noodles, oatmeal, or whatever you like to help until you receive that first check. -
Easier to go to the store n pick up some fruits n veggies. make your own food. it's just as much as buying noodles / oatmeal/ any microwaveable substance. about 10x as healthier too. People think that "oh, its too much money to eat healthy" yet, they go out and spend 80$ at walmart on practically nothing that has any nutritional value (I'm speaking of my mom) pizza, icecream, snacks, beauty products, extras, stuff that aren't "needed". Budget is no problem. There are people that can... or can't do that. depending on the company that's choosen.. will depend on the action in which is taken.
there are companies that require you to pay an administrative fee for schooling,
there are companies that require you to not pay anything during the few weeks your given cdl lessons.
and there are some companies that give you an advancement for food or other items.
All kinds of offers.. to be honest it's overwhelming at the amount of companies that offer student training.
there are pros, and con's about each company... you MUST read the fine print otherwise
you'll be another statistic. I'm narrowing down my choices as of now.. but, there is just so much information. To be able to look at every single company and determine everything that's needed to do this. Sure, there are people that just sign up with swift to end up hating themselves over it.
(saw many videos on youtube about people making <400$ weekly)
