What is USA trucking pay scale, priories and home time Is important to me

 

For USA truck....Not sure for new drivers im making .34 cpm but came in with 6 months experience. If u do otr home every two weeks 3 to 4 days home depending on dispatcher. Trailers aren't in best shape. You can do a lot worse. But dry van not sure you can do better.

 

Do they do regional and are they Manual or autoshift. Are they forced dispatched. How long Is training 4 to 6

 

Yes regional, not sure if you can get that right out of school. I'm actually on regional run in TN. They have both trannys. Usually start in auto then after like 3 mos. Move into stick. I had six months in a stick before I came here and was still put in an auto at first...yes forced dispatch except to NYC (I believe) I never got sent there. I never rejected load or needed to...i can't answer training question accurately as I didn't train with them but sounds bout right 4 to 6 weeks.
