Landstarve brokers are the worst.

 

Thousands of posts and threads, thousands, saying how awful Landstarve is.

Yet people keep calling them.

So do you guys:
A) Not believe what is written on the site?
Or
B) Just can't resist that big money?

Those are the only two choices.

Never have done a load for LS but I have on many occasions seen them underbid and get loads from CHR. I have a nice contact there and he tells me some stuff that gets done. Pretty sad at some of the rates they get the loads for and then push it to BOC's. This is in the dry van freight. This has been going on for a few years now.

 

It's like some of the offers I get sent.

Now here on TTR where everyone is RICH, except me and the cat, they would hire someone to trace the guys phone number, then go burn his F house down for even presenting such an offer.

Now The OM takes the view of, " What if he's a new guy, just trying to tooth and claw his way in, and all of sudden.........he starts coming up with some real loads?"

 

I need to get RICH fast since it is a sinking ship. Better to be Rich than Poor if anyone has to ask. The pup needs to take charge I guess and get things done.

 

You should have countered his $500 with $500 per day. You possibly could have gotten that. Other than that it sounds like you are sitting. Like it or not you do have many options at this point. Other than be professional and reasonable. It happens. That’s truck driving. You can go full A-hole but I doubt it will accomplish much.
