MBI is still a big player out there... Rolfson sucks I've heard sooo many bad stories about their equipment, their housing, the way they treat drivers... everything..

There's so much more work out there to be doing 50 hours a week. The local concrete company is offering $28/hr, $50 a day, and free housing
-
They are wanting water hauling, they prefer to live in the truck, they know how to work a time sheet and they drive for serious money. Their last company (moving to Galveston) paid by the load, they said $15k average a month via 1099 for the last year or so. Not bad.
-
Yeah those water haulers know how to work the system. During frost laws, like now, there's a guy that jumps from oil to water with his 170bbl water trailer. 85 bbls under two different invoices all night.
-
Can you explain that for me?
-
He's hauling two loads in one. They pay by the barrel plus a bonus for hauling legal. Let's say a legal load pays $200. A frost law load would pay $180. So for one load he's making $360
-
So he is billing two different companies, or the same company on different invoices?
-
Same company different invoices
-
Are companies OK with that?
-
They only care when they know about it
