    Those "trucker stories" have to start somewhere...

    Darn tootin'! More miles mean more expense. Trainees get through it faster on a company truck.

    Yup... you guys are setting yourself up for a fall when you do the trainee a "favor" and let him back into a dock on your hours. Personal integrity goes right out the window when many trainees get themselves in a bind.

    So... here's a question for the trainers: Do you think the training program turns out a better product with the lower miles/shorter training period?

    For the record, I'm not telling my FM anything...If things don't go as I think they should...I just suck it up and get over it because I know it's only temporary.

    Unless you have a reason, its better to work the relationship with your FM a positive way.
