Absolutely on the dealer aspect. Diamond C has horrible customer service on that aspect. The only answer I can get is call your dealer from warranty.

Hydro brakes are amazing. Just wish I could get a true hydro sensing brake controller. The p3 works great, but with the roads in the shape they are, it can give harsh braking while over rough road.
