Again.. CRST

I am A student thinking of going with CRST I would like to talk to you if you have time

 

theres a old song out there by jonny paycheck called "Take this job and shove it" seems like a fitting song

 

i'd like to make a suggestion,? alot of new drivers go thru these driver mills to get there cdl, but heres a thought?call me silly but . if one know how to read and comprehend ,what one is reading, why not go take the #### test on your own its like $64 bucks, and the pre trip and the road test, i went to the local collage that had a cdl mill ,walked in ,said he do you give road test here? yes we do! how much? $350 bucks! i said to drive arounfd the block and back up a couple of times , they laughed saying it aint that easy! took me 15 minits to pass the pre trip, the instructor ,do you want a automatic or a stick for the road test? ???? ill take the stick! did all the little back up stuff ,off set parking , parrall parking then out on the road we went , back in the yard 40 minits later,.... parked infront of another class, instructor says you ever drive before? alittle , almost a perfect score, asked him if i could show im something i learned,, sure why not took the truck out in the yard backed it up in a figure 8, i said that compleats the road test,,,,, his mouth droped,,,

 

my point being with my last post is why pay five grand to someboy thats gona hold it over your head>>> i understand some people dont have that option, but try and make it easyer on yourself, with millions of drivers out there there got to be some small outfits that are willing to help you out, its all in how you present yourself, be smarter than the driveing mill a driving mill is just a stepeing stone, its all in what you make it..........crst been there done that as a o/o you run your butt off to pay them !!! for what never again ! so before you sign those papers commiting your self to some company thats gona get theirs first and you get the scraps of your hard earn labor think twice my friends! my little adventure with crst barley made it 3 mth as a o/o with them and i had my own truck not theirs
