Good luck getting a trainer. They only place that would take my brother with the suspension on his record and he's been sitting in Springfield waiting on a trainer.

 

Just picked up my new student yesterday. He had been waiting 8 days. When I talked with Linda she said there were currently 50 waiting for trainers. Just be patient you will get a trainer it's just a bit backed up at the moment. Best advice I can give ya, is during the week find those trainers that are getting certified that week and buddy up with one or 2. That way you won't have to wait.

Patience is the key word in this business...

 

Did you ever think that they might be waiting to see if you call again, That shows motivation, or the lack of it, Wouldn't you agree

 

The recruiters are slammed... its not a reflection on you or disrespect. Understand there are hundreds of folks calling every day, and it's impossible to call everyone back immediately. Email is the best bet. If you must speak to a recruiter directly, be prepared to camp out on hold until you get the person you need even if it takes all day. Voicemails are usually the last thing they get to assuming that there is time enough in their day to do it. It's also the first thing to get dumped when they are overwhelmed.
