No they are not but I was answering the question about the winch. Those fenders (with the exception of the one on the drop) are home made with diamond plate aluminum. We run RGN, step deck and flatbeds with no issues with these fenders. It is also nice to be able to walk on them when needed. This particular truck also has a winch and is loaded with 1/2" and 3/8" chains and binders.
Yeah it is heavy, but with most of the stuff we haul we are so overweight that a few hundred or thousand pounds does not make a difference.. LOL

put a spring under the trailer to hold em up, works for me and solved that problemCetane+ Thanks this.

If set up to drop down from the trailer right at the back of the truck with quick connects, they only lean at approx. 45 degress when turning hard. Take a look at mine in a previous post.

You can mount them further fwd and up higher under the floor on the trailer like Flightline did. Or use a hanger spring or two like Skateboardman says. I checked my design before making everything and there's no problems because it sticks out the back of the trailer frame so far. Lines will touch end of flap hanger but I always pay attn. and they never get caught when I jack it 90. I did the cheapest homemade redneck engineering way. I thought about mounting them up near the floor but didn't feel like drilling the deck crossmembers. Just saying my way ain't gonna be the best way for everybody. If I was building a show-off truck I'd spend more money and build it different.
