No worse than going around a bend at 70mph i reckon. Look closely at the suspension layouts of all the onroad air rides these days. No need for a sway bar because the axle tube is mounted rigid to the trail arm. It is an enormous sway bar. Vehicle roll forces are resisted by the axle housings going in and out of constant torsion. Millions of cycles. 8 bag KW is only one that comes to mind with swaybars. If the axle is fixed solid to a trail arm it is gonna be the torsion bar. If it can float on the trail arm via a pivot youll need an anti roll device.

In my case i was talking about the bags under the trailer spread airing down overnight and refusing to lift off. Landing gear couldnt have helped me. I almost fired up the forklift tho.

One trick I’ve seen done with that scenerio is block up under the mansfield bar ( if it is in good enough shape to take the weight) with good solid wood or steel. Seen RR ties used once. Then when bags drop the weight is taken off of them. This is just a way to help a bad bag or bags in a pinch air up till replacement can be done. Doing this can even help with the replacement. Dont need jacks.

I had to look up mansfield bar.. That was a sad story.

We changed out the bad bag by over airing the other 3.. No jack. That was handy.

Off subject but trivia and lore.
The origination of the chrome sitting lady silhouette on the mudflaps has had a few stories through out time as to its beginning. One of them and the strongest one is that they originated right after Jayne Mansfields death to honor her along with the new regulation rear bar.
