Well shut it off, turn air on recirculate. Wind down the windows, and drive for 600 miles. Then come back and tell us if you feel better l.

 

Maybe you should adjust your vents so the air doesn't blow on you.

 

Stop blowing smoke into the intake. Smoking is bad.

 

That's actually the best way to do it, you get the cool air and the fresh air.

 

Cold air keeps me awake. But I do know that you need calories in your body in order for it to keep your internal body temperature regulated. When I eat, the difference I feel working inside my -30 trailer is night and day.

 

if it's humid air the cold AC gets painful, just take it down a few clicks from max cold and crack the windows a little bit, open up re circulation for a few minutes to get outside air back in the circuit, and clean the cab filter.
