to change airhorns on a 379, does anyone know if the headliner needs to come down, or can they be changed from on top outside. Wasn't sure about the air lines & fittings, if there is/was enough room to just take bolts out & lift up. thanx

You will be pulling the headliner. And if you are serious about doing this start spraying the bolts with WD40 or something like 2 weeks before you want to take it apart. I'd do it every day and tap on the bolt head with a small hammer, that way the bolts should back out without snapping off or stripping the threads.

thanx Admiral. Been spraying PB Blaster since last week. The old square horns rotted right in the center, broke in half when I hit it washing. I had a choice of taking the bell off, or duct tape where it broke, til the new ones go on. Either way, it aint pretty.
