Air leak

I found my governer leaking a bit but not enough to cuz fast air loss when eng is on but i keep hearing air somewhere by turbo and egr area is there some air hoses going that way

 

Update I changed my governer it was nasty inside before it would purge around 137psi that pretty high I think now it's around 132 and drops to 116 before compressor kicks on I was able to pin point where the leak is coming from I sprayed soap no bubbles but used garden hose to hear I can hear it from see pic I don't know what that is

 

I used dish soap bubbles really good that's how I found leak on my governer what could that be under the turbo could that turbo actuator that leaking

 

Believe I love simple green works on everything for mean time I have soap
