Little update it looks like my turbo actuator is stuck in open position or something I called dealership to find out the price for one he said I need full turbo replaced why would I need to replace the turbo if it's good all it is two bolts and cotter pin remove putt new actuator and done correct me if I'm wrong

You grab hold of it and see if you can move the output rod. If the spring is too heavy pull the cotter pin and drop the pin and see if you can actually move the linkage

I think it's stuck in the open position that's why it's leaking internally I'll have to take the turbo out it's hard to get behind it

Could this be something to do with the turbo cuz I downloaded the code and it said something about turbo wastegate

Update my turbo actuator was leaking air so the shop replaced it everything went back to normal maintenance light turned off about 1000 miles down the road I get this massage 25% derate with code spn 102 fmi 18 I checked what that was it said air intake pressure sensor I replaced it code went away all cleared. Few days later when I took off again for the trip code came back what else can it be
