Most likely it is a brake chamber.
Glad hand seals and chaffed air lines are other strong possibilitiesOpendeckin, MOBee and Magoo1968 Thank this. -
I'm guessing and praying it should be the seals. Any diagram of the seals?

the rubber things in your glad hands.. they wear out
-
He is talking about the gland hand seals
-
So this will cause air leaks coming from the knobs?
-
Oops didn't see this
-
This only happens at the stop sign.

It would sound like is leaking from the knobs but in reality the leak is somewhere else. That's how you know from the cab that you have an air leak, you hear it on the knobs. The chances of knobs leaking are slim lika a 0.01%.Trucker61016 and GYPSY65 Thank this.

A new brake chamber is cheap. Maybe $100-$150 plus maybe 1 hour labor.
It definitely isn't something you should wait to get fixed either, if the DOT finds the leak for you it's gonna be fixed at the scale as you'll be put out of service and the repair bill will be pricey then.Trucker61016, D.Tibbitt and GYPSY65 Thank this.
