okay i did hook up lines correctly it looks like....so...anyone care to take a stab at why after changing the valve my trailer air supply button will not stay in ?..if holding it in air is coming from the gladhand for the trailer....also since changing valve air pressure does not stop building, and will go to 150+ if i let it....no problems with either before changing valve...

Tha knob will not stay in if it is not hooked to a trailer. It is supposed to be that way.

i have pushed it in on several tractors including this one with no trailer attached it wouldnt pop out and would just blow air out the line till pressure was low enough then it would pop...just never pushed it in with glad hands attached to each other till i installed the valve, and then only did it once...petes, w-9s, eagle pros, think even a volvo or two...all would just blow air out the trailer line...done it many times to clear moisture/bugs/trash from lines before hooking to a trailer....unless maybe its something new incorporated into the newer valves...
