Trace line back thru the floor find where the fitting comes out of the tank. Remove fitting install plug. That is the proper way. Bend it over and wrap a zip tie around it is the fast easy way

Throw a quick connect from Home Depot on there then you have the option of connecting an air hose later if desired.

Just cap it with a compression fitting and a plug.

Short piece of hose and a screw with some silicone

An old rusty pair of vice grips and some duct tape otta do it.

Any half-decently well-stocked hydraulic shop will be able to give you a fitting for the line and a plug.

I would just make a shorter loop with what you have. Tuck it out of sight, protected. That way it’s there ready to be used in the future, or put back to original.
