Truck rides along at normal height when it takes a hard right or heavy bump the body goes up to high and flips the leveling valve over and lets air out of suspension and won't refill. to fix we just flip valve 90 degrees and the truck fills and works fine. tried replacing valve, changed rods, different adjustments.
Seems like the body is going up to high and flipping the valve rod over 90 degrees.
    Anyone run into this issues.

    How old are the shocks?
    Are they the right ones?

Most leveling valves are frame-mounted, and as far inboard as practical, to avoid this kind of problem.

I think you would have to describe the problem a little better.

It's hard to understand because as the suspension goes up air is let out and as the suspension goes back down air goes back in.

You should post a picture of that because I can't understand how that could be.

If the valve and the rod are each secure and have the proper relationship I don't understand how what you're saying is possible.

I would go find a truck that is identical to yours and take a look at how that leveling valve and the rod are set up and make sure yours is set up correctly.

Posted once and hasn't been seen since, I'd bet they figured out the problem and we will never hear from them again

Doubt they figured it out .
He was online here for 1 min after he posted.
Guess patience isn't his strongest side.

That's usually why I tend to not post if OP just signed up that day and only made 1 post. 95% of the time they never come back.

I would love to see a picture of that.

I can't imagine how an air valve could flip over 90 degrees and I guess he's saying he takes it off and flips it back I can't understand it.

There are few things simpler than how a leveling valve arm goes up and down with the frame of the truck.

That must have been one crazy effed-up boogerd situation.

I know this can happen but never going down the road.(and never on younger trucks or trailers)
Normally your shocks limit how far your airbag extend.
