Looks like 1/2" pipe in the tank, to 1/4" air. Just stop by any decent truck parts store and they'll have it.
I wouldn't wait to order online. Brake check week next week, and it's a 10$ part taking 5 minutes to fix.

Drain the air tank and use what looks like a 3/4" wrench. You're replacing the whole thing.
